UPSWING is a Colorado-based foundation with a mission to develop strong, confident, successful student-athletes who are able to give back to their communities in meaningful ways.
We provide world-class athletic training and wellness programs, scholarship opportunities and other focused support to help student-athletes, their families and likeminded organizations in our community level the field for everyone.

The Reality of Access Barriers
Access to high-level sports and performance training has not been equally accessible for everyone. Socioeconomic barriers often limit participation in programs which could have a dramatic lifelong impacts.
- Financial Barriers related to the full cost of training and participation.
- Geographic Barriers which limit access and transportation to training facilities and coaches.
- Social Barriers such as discrimination or bias based on gender, race, or socioeconomic status.
- Trust Barriers related to the effectiveness and safety of training or event the institutions behind them.
- Lack of Information can limit even awareness, let alone participation.
