We believe all athletes should have the opportunity to experience sports, and our mission includes developing strong, confident, successful student-athletes who are able to give back in meaningful ways. The UPSWING Leadership Academy, powered by Janssen Sports Leadership, provides 100 emerging and established student athletes an opportunity to develop the skills and confidence they need to become leaders now and into the future.
