FAMILY ACCOUNTS
CREATING A FAMILY ACCOUNT
If you are a parent/guardian with several athletes, you can sign up all your athletes at one time using a Family Account. During the account creation process, you will have the option to add family members to your account. To add family members, simply select Add Family, enter the names of each member you’d like to add, and confirm the information.
When booking services, you’ll need to select which user you’re booking for. You can change users at any time by clicking that name and selecting a different user from the drop-down menu. Once you have selected your desired user, you can continue through the booking process as normal. (If using the App, to select the user you’d like to book for, open the Profile screen and tap your name to open a drop-down menu. From there, select your preferred user.)
CREATE ACCOUNT WITHOUT FAMILY
If you are only registering yourself without a family, instead of clicking Add Family, select the “Create account without family” link below and book services as usual.
IMPORTANT: You will not be able to sign up for classes until you have entered your birth date in your account profile and signed the liability wavier. Please complete these steps before booking a class.
