UPSWING is thrilled to have contributed to the new Arvada Aquatics Center via their grant to POOLS For Kids, who provided all the diving boards to this new facility.

The Castle View Football Team visited UPSWING Centennial for a specialized recovery session to enhance their performance. The class focused on advanced recovery techniques, helping the athletes recover faster and stay in top form for their upcoming competitions.
At a recent banquet, Harmony Myers, founder of the UPSWING Foundation, generously matched a $17,000 donation to Clothes to Kids, a Denver-based nonprofit.
As we get closer to the UPSWING Centennial Open House on November 3rd, we’re giving out even more youth sports performance scholarships at the UPSWING Centennial facility.
Three out of four adults playing sports also played as kids, and nowadays, there aren’t as many opportunities for youth sports. That’s what Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day hopes to change, and we need your help!
SEEN is a program that was started by a group of students at Overland High School who have experienced some form of trauma related to being in foster care. Through an action research project, they created a mentorship program for elementary school students who have also been in foster care.
