When you arrive at the UPSWING Centennial Open House, be sure to check in with our front desk staff to enter our event raffle. We’ve got some fun, themed prize baskets packed with cute swag and even free class passes up for grabs! Plus, we’ll have delicious small bites available for you to enjoy as you explore the facility.
One of the highlights of the day is our speed challenge. Head to our track and try running your fastest time, then record it on our speed tracker cards, a great way to track your progress. If you book a class after the open house, your Performance Coordinator can pick up where you left off, helping you continue to improve your speed and agility.
If you’re eager to dive into our sports performance, recovery, or dance classes right away, you can sign up online or by downloading the UPSWING Foundation app on the App Store or Google Play.
