When you show up for sports performance training, you’ll also have access to our recovery center that provides leading technologies like hydrotherapy and pneumatic compression to expedite muscle recovery and reduce inflammation — all within the same facility.

Lizzie Waters, NASM CES & CPT
Performance Coordinator

Lizzie is a former track and field athlete with her main event being the 400 hurdles! She competed at the Division 1 level at the University of Hawaii, as well as the Division 2 level for the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She was a competitive gymnast for six years before switching over to track and field junior year of high school. Lizzie started her coaching career at age 14, and for a few years she was a gymnastics coach for the club. During her last year of college, she started coaching sports performance and has continued to do so for almost two years. She has continued her education through certifications to study sports psychology, nutrition, and corrective exercise to help improve athletes overall. Passionate about the opportunities that sports can provide and the life lessons they teach, Lizzie is the perfect addition to Team UPSWING!

Performance Coordinator

Jackson brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm as a Performance Coordinator at UPSWING Centennial. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, he developed a deep-rooted connection to sports from an early age. As a highly successful cornerback, he excelled both at Colorado Mesa University and Tarleton State University, later graduating from Colorado Mesa University with a BA in Sport Management. With over four years of experience in coaching and training, he's been able to assist athletes to hone their skills and become a positive role model in their lives. His commitment to helping athletes achieve their goals is evident in his personalized approach to performance training, ensuring each athlete reaches their full potential. Jackson's journey in sports and performance coaching is driven by a genuine passion for the field and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of all athletes!
