When you show up for sports performance training, you’ll also have access to our recovery center that provides leading technologies like hydrotherapy and pneumatic compression to expedite muscle recovery and reduce inflammation — all within the same facility.

Jermaine Stafford, NASM PES, Facility Director, Performance coach

Jermaine is a well-known, elite health and wellness coach, business developer, and community development agent. Following his career as a student-athlete then professionally as a world-class track and field sprinter, Jermaine’s continued success with NFL, collegiate, elite high school, and youth athletes has contributed to multiple professional contracts, athletic scholarships, state sprint championships, and elite national rankings. He holds an NASM PES — which enables him to offer safe personal and group training using current, effective training methods — as well as the national federal certification of Physical Activity Consultant from the I Am Moving, I Am Learning program, a physical activity and nutrition initiative for preschool children. As an industry-leading advocate for educational fitness and student wellness, Jermaine has previously worked as the Community Development Director for a nonprofit that launched a wrap-around program for underprivileged areas across the state of Colorado, and he is the Co-Founder and Director of the Weapon X Student-Athlete Mentorship Club, a national mentorship program helping youth athletes further their education through the channels of athletics.

Abby Marlow Headshot

Abby Marlow, NSCA CSCS, Outreach Coordinator, Performance Coach

Abby grew up in Southern Illinois and graduated from New Athens High School, where she honed her leadership skills as a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball, and softball. She continued her athletic career at the Division I level, playing softball at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2016 to 2020, serving as team captain for her final two seasons. She earned a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition, equipping her with a strong foundation in performance optimization and athlete development. Following her collegiate career, Abby completed an internship at Landow Performance, where she was quickly recognized for her expertise and work ethic. She was hired as a coach and spent five years developing athletes and refining her ability to build strong relationships—an essential skill in both coaching and sales. Currently, Abby is the Head Softball Coach at Cherry Creek High School. She holds multiple certifications, including CPR/AED, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and continuous growth. Abby’s passion for connecting with and empowering others aligns perfectly with the mission of the UPSWING Foundation, where she serves as the Outreach Coordinator. Her ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and foster meaningful relationships makes her a valuable asset in driving engagement and expanding the foundation’s reach.

Lizzie Waters Headshot

Lizzie Waters, NASM CES & CPT,
Performance Coach

Lizzie is a former track and field athlete with her main event being the 400 hurdles! She competed at the Division 1 level at the University of Hawaii, as well as the Division 2 level for the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She was a competitive gymnast for six years before switching over to track and field junior year of high school. Lizzie started her coaching career at age 14, and for a few years she was a gymnastics coach for the club. During her last year of college, she started coaching sports performance and has continued to do so for almost two years. She has continued her education through certifications to study sports psychology, nutrition, and corrective exercise to help improve athletes overall. Passionate about the opportunities that sports can provide and the life lessons they teach, Lizzie is the perfect addition to Team UPSWING!

Jackson Burrell Headshot

Jackson Burrell, NASM PES,
Performance Coach

Jackson brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm as a Performance Coach at UPSWING Centennial. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, he developed a deep-rooted connection to sports from an early age. As a highly successful cornerback, he excelled both at Colorado Mesa University and Tarleton State University, later graduating from Colorado Mesa University with a BA in Sport Management. With over four years of experience in coaching and training, he's been able to assist athletes to hone their skills and become a positive role model in their lives. His commitment to helping athletes achieve their goals is evident in his personalized approach to performance training, ensuring each athlete reaches their full potential. Jackson's journey in sports and performance coaching is driven by a genuine passion for the field and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of all athletes!
