The Castle View Football Team visited UPSWING Centennial for a specialized recovery session to enhance their performance. The class focused on advanced recovery techniques, helping the athletes recover faster and stay in top form for their upcoming competitions.
At a recent banquet, Harmony Myers, founder of the UPSWING Foundation, generously matched a $17,000 donation to Clothes to Kids, a Denver-based nonprofit.

SEEN is a program that was started by a group of students at Overland High School who have experienced some form of trauma related to being in foster care. Through an action research project, they created a mentorship program for elementary school students who have also been in foster care.
