UPSWING Foundation has partnered with ten schools across Colorado to give 1,000 students the opportunity to participate in the UPSWING Leadership Academy program, powered by Janssen Sports Leadership.
The program provides emerging and established student athletes an opportunity to develop the skills and confidence they need to become leaders now and into the future. Participants learn how to become more vocal, hold teammates accountable, manage team conflict, and set the tone for success on and off the field.
After a successful kickoff with UPSWING, Rangeview student athletes are ready to take on their new roles as leaders across their teams, their school, and their lives.
