Leadership Academy Kickoff at Westminster High School

Westminster High School is part of the UPSWING Leadership Academy totaling 1,000 students across the state of Colorado.

UPSWING Foundation has partnered with ten schools across Colorado to give 1,000 students the opportunity to participate in the UPSWING Leadership Academy program, powered by Janssen Sports Leadership. Westminster High School had a number of students who spoke up with confidence while playing UPSWING hero ball during their kickoff.

The program provides emerging and established student athletes an opportunity to develop the skills and confidence they need to become leaders now and into the future. Participants learn how to become more vocal, hold teammates accountable, manage team conflict, and set the tone for success on and off the field.
